The burden of proof for victims of sexual assault is a challenge. Do these victims have a real chance at justice, in a system where the presumption of innocence often results in a presumption of the victim's consent? The film will follow four victims in their criminal complaint process. They have one thing in common: they must be a ''ideal victim''.
