Follow the adventures Marie-Soleil Dion and her husband Louis-Olivier Mauffette as they set out to renovate their new home: a Canadian house dating back to the 1970s. Without any experience to speak of and as terrified as they are excited about the project, they put their trust in designer Pascale Nakhlé and contractor Patrick Larin for guidance along the way. As the project unfolds, advice, trial-and-error efforts, and small victories proliferate…enough material for the two do-it-yourself novices to produce their own guide to home renovations in every shade of ‘been there/done that.’
